Elaboration for SOTELCO, a Software programming and editing company of Digital solutions, the followings:

ü A market research and a strategy & action plan for exporting of Digital Marketing and Financing services to Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and UK as well as a digital quality assurance system and control procedure covering ISO 9001; ISO 14001 for environment; ISO 45001 for Security & Health at Work.

ü Set up a Digital Platform providing Digital Marketing, Finance & Business Intelligence for retailers, e-commerce and Industry 4.0.

ü Developing Financial Software for Digital Banking enabling automation of financial audit, feasibility studies, working capital cash flow plans tracking and assessing applications for both Corporate accounts and micro enterprises. The objective is to develop inclusive financing and linkages between Big companies and small enterprises within Corporate Social responsibility.

ü Providing e-training events and webcams through Microsoft Team.

Design for Hippocrate, provider of e-medical services to US market, a cloud based ERP for hospitals and a web based platform for e-medicine and quality management software
Design for CERTELY a web based platform disseminating ISO 9001-2015 documentations to the large public, developing the awareness on implanting a quality management system, providing e-consulting and e-learning on quality
Assist Hippocrate and Certely in the design and implementation of Business Plan for the creation and labelling of a creative start-ups as well as a business model enabling their scalability
Using R , Python programming tools and Gravity and Nash econometric models we performed a sensitivity analysis study determining the impact of building of Arab Customs Union on Trade, Customs revenues and State Budget of each of 17 constituent Arabic countries
Using different econometric models we calculated for concerned institutions the impact on trade, manufacturing sectors and of implementing FTAs between the EU and Tunisia, Jordan, Agadir countries (Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco & Jordan) and GCC countries
Design Databases providing per product and group of products country, region and group of countries trade, competitiveness indicators, revealed compared advantages, intra industry trade, and specialisation indicators

Organized for “the Tunisian Association of Procurement Managers” and with the collaboration of ITC of a computer based training (case exercises) on materials management.
