  • Agadir Technical Unit: Conduct in Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia dissemination seminars of the findings of the performed Textile and Transport studies grouping representatives of  the business community and public stakeholders;

  • Union for Mediterranean and  Agadir Technical Unit, Conducted in  Barcelona for Agadir SME supporting institutions and SME  leaders a seminar on the setting up of an SME Upgrading program.

  • Dakar-Provide training for Executive Directors of SME’s upgrading bodies of Western African   Countries on the  Manual of Procedure for the Regional Upgrading Program of the UEMOA (Economic  Monetary Union of Western Africa);

  • UNIDO- Tessili-De Como (Italian Textile Technical centre) Designed for CETTEX, training guides and carried out «training for  trainers» workshops in “marketing”; “benchmarking analysis”; ”production planning and monitoring”.

  • UNIDO, CETTEX- Designed for Palestinian Business Supporting Institutions a Diagnostic Business Upgrading Manual and provided  needed training on  this diagnostic tool

  • EJADA, SEEDP: Organization of study tours  for JUMP staff, Garment Business Association JGATE, JCI, Jordan Chamber of Industries and SMEs enabling technology transfer and  to learn on SME development and capacity building best practices provided in each of the visited countries: Ireland, Italy, France, Tunisia, Turkey, Lebanon and Morocco, Malaysia;

  • Conducted Human Resources assessment, training needs analysis and prepared training programs and curricula for the following companies: ETA; KAVIRA; IDUNA; VEGE MOTEURS, ATUGA for a group of supermarkets;

  • Conducted training needs assessment and action plan and design and implement  on- the job training programs and mentoring for JUMPII Executive Director and Business Development Officers enabling JUMP II staff to be totally integrated into JEDCO and providing self-sustainable Business Development services in accordance with EU procurement rules and project cycle management tools;

  • Conducted for JUMP staff training needs assessment and action plan and design and implement  on- the job training programs in Tunisia on used management system and procedure by the Tunisian “Bureau de Mise à Niveau providing grant support for Tunisian corporations implementing Upgrading Programs ” including the design of TOR and the evaluation of  Diagnostic and Upgrading Study Reports.

  • SEEDP/ JUMP II: Supervised awareness campaigns targeting developing technology transfer support to SMEs and technical training events

  • SEEDP/JUMPII: Designed an entrepreneurship-training program implemented in the Southern and Northern regions of Jordan;  

  • ACED: Developed an entrepreneurship training program for young aspiring entrepreneurs and incubates   of Aqaba Micro Incubator;

  • MTC: Organised several training workshops for private companies: “training of training managers”; “Cost accounting”; “Warehousing”; “Stock management”…;

  • Organized for “the Tunisian Association of Procurement Managers” and with the collaboration of ITC of a computer based training (case exercises) on materials management and training of trainers seminar for “Monoprix Supermarkets’ Chain”

  • OCT/ITC-Tunis: Organised and lead the implementation of a two weeks regional training seminar grouping foreign trade senior officers from the Ministries dealing with trade of Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. The training seminar aimed at enhancing the capacity of these Ministries to meet the Maghreb region challenges of freeing of trade and harmonisation of import regulations;

  • ITC CTA & Project Coordinator in Tunisia and Sudan: Set up training centres providing support to SMEs according to best International practices

  • ITC-Amman: Assist in the organisation and the implementation of a two weeks regional training seminar grouping import senior officers from the Ministries dealing with Trade and Industry of major Arabic countries. The training seminar aimed at enhancing the capacity of these Ministries to streamline import and maintenance operations and technics; and

  • OCT-AFD: Organized an yearly on the job training  programs  in trade development for a group of African managers (from Togo, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire …) financed by the French Development Agency-AFD.es.
